Using a smart lock is truly the safest way to do self-showings. It allows generating a specific code for each tour, which is valid for only a short period, so that codes cannot be reused. And there are no keys involved, so access is truly isolated to their short tour time.

Igloo has several devices, both deadbolts and keyboxes, and all are supported with this integration.

1) Get an IglooWorks account with API access

You'll need to complete this Google Form. Within the form, you can indicate if you already have an IglooWorks account or not. The Igloo team will make sure you have an IglooWorks account and will generate an API login for you (this will be used later).

2) Pair your locks with your IglooWorks account

After that, you'll need to add your devices to your IglooWorks account. You should follow the steps outlined in the "IglooWorks User Guide" attached at the bottom of the article.

3) Connect Showdigs to your IglooWorks API

Once you have an IglooWorks account, API access, and your locks visible in your IglooWorks account, a Showdigs account owner can:

1. Log into Showdigs.

2. Click on the gear icon, then Settings in the main menu.

3. Click Integrations.

4. Locate the 'Igloo Integration' setting and click "Connect Igloo account."

5. Input the login credentials Igloo provided to you for your API.

6. Once you have entered your credentials, you should be good to go. You can find a list of your locks and keyboxes on the Devices page (menu > gear icon > Devices).

7. You can assign the locks and keyboxes from the Devices page, or during the "Start showing" flow.
