How do I manually add inquiries and schedule tours?

Overview

When a prospect contacts you directly, you can manually add inquiries and also schedule tours for them using our platform.

We will immediately sent a text and/or email to the lead with a link to schedule a tour,

If you scheduled it for them we'll send them a text with a link to finalize this schedule. Until they do, the tour is not added to the system. This is a necessary step that helps to verify their phone number in our system, as all the communications after that are done via text messages.


Where to schedule a tour from

You can add an inquiry or schedule a tour from many pages in Showdigs:

  • Properties

  • A specific unit's profile page

  • Leasing board

  • Messages


Scheduling flow

  1. Click on the '+ Add inquiry' button.

  2. Enter the prospect's contact info and select "I'll schedule the tour for them."
    Note: The phone number is most important, as we send the prospects a text message regarding their scheduled tour.

  3. Click "Next" and you'll have the opportunity to choose a few tour details, including who will host the tour.

  4. Click "Next" and you can choose the date and time for the tour. Choose from the Available times or select All times to see times that may have warnings or conflicts to you can override some of your scheduling rules.

  5. You'll have an opportunity to choose if the prospect needs to confirm their attendance shortly before the tour.

  6. Click 'Schedule' and you will see a pop-up on the upper right saying that a text message will be sent to the prospect.
