AI Identity Verification is an advanced AI technology we use, which requires leads to upload a copy of their government-issued ID and to take several selfies to verify the authenticity of the ID and confirm that the selfies correspond to a live individual who matches the ID.

This adds a level of protection for you and your properties to verify you are dealing with legitimate leads, not scammers.

AI Identity Verification is an add-on service that can be enabled for all showings or to self-showings only.

Please note that a fee of $2 per verification will be added to your monthly invoice when this service is enabled.

1. Click on your name at the top right

2. Navigate to Settings.

3. Select Showings.

4. Locate the AI Identity Verification drop-down menu and make your selection.

5. Click the Update button to save your changes

Please Note: In addition to the general settings, during the activation process, you can change the AI ID verification settings for a specific property. Meaning, you can enable or disable it per unit.
