What happens if a prospect doesn't show up for their tour?

First, we provide prospects with reminders before their tour, and even require an additional confirmation several hours before their tour. All of this helps us achieve a high level of successful tours.

If, despite all of those notifications, the prospect still doesn't show up for their tour, you will not be charged, and we will follow up with the prospect to encourage them to reschedule if they're still interested.
