To integrate with Propertyware, follow these steps:

3. Assign Showdigs as the listing contact

4. You will also need to change the User Alerts in your Propertyware account.

Click on “Setup” in the top right corner of the screen.
Then open the “Customize” drop down menu on the left.
Click on “User Alerts” and find the “Lead Alerts” section.
Click Edit under “New Prospects”, and add the new On Demand Showings (as previously added in Step 1) information under “Reply To”.
Under “Send To”, select the “Specified Users” box. This will open a menu.

5. Select the listing agent called On Demand Showings that you created in Step 1.

Make sure to change the Email Failure setting to Send to Admins. It is a good idea to CC the email address that you used for your listing agent called On Demand Showings.
Click Save.
Go to Lead Alerts once more, and follow the same steps as above under Contact Agent.

Make sure to test inquiries coming from Zillow and from your website.
