For move-in/out condition reports, it is a perfect opportunity to take a look at everything all at once.
When a report is ordered through your Showdigs account dashboard, the rest is up to us. Right as you order the report, you will be prompted to fill out instructions to access the property and allocate a 4-hour time period to complete the report
From there the process is quite simple:
We receive the report with all necessary access instructions and an adequate time period
The Showdigs team finds an agent in the area to complete the report within the time constraint
Showdigs overviews the report and processes it into your dashboard for view
