When adding a property on the Showdigs platform, you will be asked to provide the AppFolio name. This name is used to match incoming guest cards with the correct property. It needs to match exactly otherwise we can't match the prospect with the correct property. Follow these instructions to ensure the name matches!
Log in to your AppFolio account
Go to the relevant property page
The AppFolio name we need to match is the name in the grey box next to the main photo shown below:
Copy that name exactly and paste it into the form on Showdigs when adding a new property. This can also be done after the property has been added.
