Say you have time at lunch to give a tour yourself. You can 'take-over' the showing and do it yourself (and save some money).

Log in to your management user interface
Click on the 'Tours' tab
Click on any of the 'Take Over' buttons
Assign the showing to yourself or anyone else on your team. Nothing else changes throughout the process, prospects and tenants (if applicable) will be notified just like a regular tour. The only difference is you don't pay the tour cost!
