Note: This article is written for an AppFolio to Rentvine cut over, but transitioning to Buildium works the same way.

If you are moving from AppFolio to Rentvine, coordinate your transition with Showdigs so your listings, leads, and application links continue to work as expected.

Start moving your listing syndication from AppFolio to Showdigs before your Rentvine launch date.

1. If you manage any direct ILS accounts, such as Zillow Rental Manager, let us know. We can help notify those teams that Showdigs will become your listing feed source as of your planned transition date.

2. In Showdigs, go to Settings > ILS Syndication and enable the syndication networks you use.

3. Disable syndication from AppFolio at the same time. This prevents duplicate listings or conflicting feed updates.

Let the Showdigs team know your AppFolio-to-Rentvine cutover date. About one or two days before that date, we will disconnect the AppFolio integration and clean up any integration-specific data.

Your existing Showdigs properties, listings, prospects, tours, and activity will remain available. During the short period between disconnecting AppFolio and connecting Rentvine:

• New properties added in AppFolio will no longer sync into Showdigs.

• New Showdigs leads will no longer sync back to AppFolio.

• You can continue using Showdigs normally for your existing properties and active listings.

Once your Rentvine account is live, go to Showdigs > Settings > Integrations and add your Rentvine connection details.

After the integration is connected, Showdigs will import your Rentvine properties and continue syncing them going forward. The initial import can take 10 minutes or longer; we will email you when it is complete.

Application links on properties that are already active may still point to AppFolio. When you are ready to accept applications through Rentvine, review each active listing and replace its application link with the correct Rentvine link.

Do this before sending new prospects to apply, so applicants are not directed to your former AppFolio application flow.
