This article provides an overview of the different types of notifications available in your profile settings at Showdigs. By customizing these notifications, you can stay informed about your property activities and manage your engagements effectively.


Where do I see the notification settings?

There are several types of notifications you can enable as part of your profile settings. To access these settings: click on your name, navigate to Profile, then scroll down to Notification Settings.


Types of Notifications

Send Daily Activity Report

  • About: This notification provides a single, digest-style email each day that includes a list of recent tours, upcoming tours, and recent inquiries for your active units.

    The daily report includes new updates since we last sent it. Not all your active listings will be included in the report every day. To keep the report concise only recent activities that changed from the day before are included. If no other events happened we include the same details for a couple more days and remove the property from the daily report, until new events take place.

  • Delivery Method: Email Only


Send Weekly Property Report

  • About: An email is sent once per week on Monday morning for each property, containing marketing funnel statistics and tour reports from completed tours over the past 7 days. Read more about this report HERE

  • Delivery Method: Email Only


Send Tour Reports and Related Updates

  • About: This notification sends an individual tour report when a tour is completed, including tour details, prospect contact information, and the full report.

  • Delivery Method: Email Only


Send Updates on Tours Scheduled for Today

  • About: You will receive a notification when a same-day tour is scheduled. This is helpful if you are planning to assign some tours to your team from time to time.

All scheduled tours will show up on Showdigs platform. We offer notifications for same-day scheduled tours only, so you don't need to check the platform frequently.

  • Delivery Method: Email and/or Text

Send Notifications When New Vacancies Are Imported from the Website

  • About: This notification is relevant only for users with our legacy AppFolio integration. This notification sends an email when a new property or unit is discovered posted to your AppFolio website, as a reminder in case you want to start showings with Showdigs.

  • Delivery Method: Email Only

Send Condition Report Updates

  • About: This notification serves as a reminder email for upcoming Move-In/Move-Out reports, as well as emails once a condition report is completed, including a link to the report.

  • Delivery Method: Email Only


Settings Options

By configuring these notifications, you can ensure that you are always up-to-date with the latest information regarding your properties and tours. You can select for each notification one of the following options:

  • For all properties - meaning all the active properties for your business on Showdigs

  • Only where I'm the listing contact - allows you to be notified only about properties you manage/involved in

  • Don't send at all
