Inquiry forwarding from AppFolio
Overview
We recommend using our AppFolio integration, which will automatically sync all guest cards between AppFolio and Showdigs (in both directions). If you have the integration, no additional steps are needed.
If you are not using the integration, you'll need to make sure all inquiries are sent to tour@showdigs.com.
How do I set it up?
Log in to your AppFolio account.
Go to the property page for which you desire to forward inquiries.
Scroll down to find Vacancy Posting Contact Info. In the info section, change the email address to tour@showdigs.com, then save.
If you do not see Vacancy Posting Contact Info, you'll need to enable it in the general settings. Click your name from the top right of any page, then click General Settings.
Under Leasing click Online Posting Settings.
Select Allow vacancy contact information to be set on the property page.
Click Save.
Post the listing to wherever you'd like this listing. If it is already posted, you must unpost, then post again for the changes to apply.
On the Showdigs property page where it asks for the "AppFolio Property Code" please refer to the name used on AppFolio's property page.
