If you enter a code into the CodeBox lockbox and the display reads "Entry Error," one of two things went wrong:
The date or time set on the CodeBox is incorrect.
The code you attempted was generated for another day.
The one-time use CodeBox code only works on the date for which it was generated. If you set an appointment or generated a code for a given date like September 17th, and attempted to gain access on the 18th, the code will not work and the CodeBox will display "Entry Error."
Likewise, if you set an appointment or generated a code for that same date, but the Codebox itself is set for a completely incorrect date, you will receive the same error. It's crucial to ensure that the Codebox has an accurate date so that all tours go according to plan.
