We use a next-generation automated valuation model for multifamily and single family properties. The model combines rental data from 15 million properties with 25 other variables like school quality, job growth, and demographics. The AI, brings all of those data points together to calculate the fair market rent for any property in the country.

Our rent analysis uses the property's location, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage to provide the target range as well as the level of confidence in that range.
