There are a few different types of notifications, and a few different ways to enable them. For the sake of this article, let's focus on the general notifications you set as part of your profile (Click your name > Profile > Notification Settings).

Send daily activity report

Email Only

A single, digest-style email sent each day that includes a list of recent tours, upcoming tours, and recent inquiries for your active units.

Send weekly property report

Email Only

An email sent once per week, per property, that includes the marketing funnel statistics and tour reports from completed tours over the past 7 days.

Send tour reports and related updates

Email Only

Individual tour report sent when a tour is completed that includes the tour details, prospect contact info, and the full report.

Send updates on tours scheduled for today

Email and/or Text

Notification when a same-day tour is scheduled.

Send notifications when new vacancies are imported from the website

Email Only

For those that have our legacy AppFolio integration, this will send an email when a new property/unit is discovered posted to your AppFolio website.

Send condition report updates

Email Only

A reminder email for upcoming Move In/Move Out reports, as well as emails once a condition report is completed that includes the link to the report.
