How do occupied showings work?
We handle most of the tenant communication on your behalf, there will be emails and texts being sent to the tenant at the times specified below. We've also included examples of each message.
When the property is put on the market in Showdigs...
We will send the tenant an email to let them know that their residence is on the market, and we'll include the showing windows you've set up.

24 hours before a showing window..
We will send the tenant a text to remind them that a showing window is approaching and tours may occur during that time.
Hi Bob Sacamano, just a heads up, there's a showing window with tours planned for 123 Main St, Seattle tomorrow, between 9:00am and 11:00am
2 hours before a showing window...
We will send the tenant a text to let them know the specific times of any tours that have been scheduled for the upcoming window.

Hi Bob Sacamano, this is just a reminder - tours at 123 Main St, Seattle are taking place soon. Tours will take place at 9:30am, 10:00am.
This will provide the most transparency and notice for the tenants, all while keeping the showing times as flexible as possible for the new prospects.
