So how do occupied showings work?
We handle most of the tenant communication on your behalf, there will be emails and texts being sent to the tenant at specified times:
Email - When you have initially started to show their property, and when you change any specified showing windows
Text - 24 hours before the showing window we will remind them there is an open window the following day
Text - 2 hours before the start of the showing window we let them know of all tour times, if there are any.
This will provide the most transparency and notice for the tenants, all while keeping the showing times as flexible as possible for the new prospects. All prospects will be allowed to schedule a tour up to 2 hours before and no sooner.
Set up your showings!
When you add the property, make sure to mark it "Occupied"
Provide the tenant's information, you may also add another tenant, if applicable.
Select the showing windows that you've agreed upon with the tenant. Max three hours each window.
Click "Next", and you are all good to go!
