Vacant property checks are a great way to ensure your properties remain protected. To order one, just follow these steps:
Log in to your property manager user interface
Click on the "Condition Reports" tab at the top
Click "Order a report"
Select the desired property address
Choose "Vacant Property Check"
Select the date and provide special instructions (e.g. before winter storm: drip the faucets, set the thermostat to 60°, etc.)
