Pausing showings is simple! We have a few steps to follow to ensure you are able to stop showings for a period of time.
Log in to your Showdigs account
Select the relevant property you wish to pause
Click on "Pause showing" (near the middle-right of the screen)
In the window that appears, fill out the necessary information.
Select a reason for the pause. Doing so will allow prospects to understand why they cannot tour the property.
Select if you plan on pausing right now, or sometime soon
Define when to resume showings.
Click "Pause Showing" to confirm the pause.
A few notes:
If there are planned tours within one hour of the pause, they will not be cancelled. All other leads who had a scheduled tour, will be notified theirs will be cancelled. They will be allowed to reschedule to a date past the resume date you set.
When showings resume, all leads who had inquired about the property, and had not scheduled a tour, will be notified to do so.
