For periodic condition reports, we take care of all tenant coordination for you.
When a report is ordered through your Showdigs account dashboard, the rest is up to us. Right as you order the report, the tenant(s) will receive an email to schedule a 2-hour time slot that works best for them to complete this report.
From there a few things will happen:
Tenants schedule a 2-hour segment that works for them.
We find an available agent for that report
The tenant will be home at that time to allow our agent access to the unit
After our agent completes the report, the Showdigs team processes the report and sends it over to you!
