Yes. To be eligible for tenancy with government subsidies, applicants must meet the requirements outlined by the relevant housing authority. Acceptance of Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers is subject to property-specific considerations.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we allow pets at all of our properties.
Do you restrict any types of animals or breeds?
Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Doberman Pinschers are all restricted and are not allowed on our properties. All other animals and breeds are accepted.
Do you have any special processes for service animals?
No. All service animals are allowed without question.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, security deposits are fully refundable upon moving out and we are thrilled when we can do so. Tenants are responsible for damages and cleaning beyond fair wear. Common charges include cleaning, carpet cleaning, fair portion of paint/wall damage, etc. It is our goal to provide you with all necessary tools and information during our semi-annual inspections and move out instructions to ensure you can maximize your security deposit return.
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We ask for the first full 30 days rent at the time of lease-signing. The rest of the move-in funds will be due as Cashier’s Check or Money order on your lease-start date. We typically ask for One Full Month’s Security deposit but may ask for Additional Security or Last Month’s Rent depending on your screening results.
